股息
The dividend from Statkraft SF is decided by the owner.
The owners dividend expectations is that Statkraft pays a dividend of 85 per cent of realized profit from Norwegian hydropower business and 35 per cent of realized profit from other business activities. Realized profit is the profit before tax minus payable taxes and adjusted for unrealized effects and minority interests. 股息s received from associated companies and joint ventures are included in realized profits. Norwegian hydropower business is defined to constitute the same activities as included in Statkraft’s note 4 in the annual report.
